TERMS OF USE

1. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made through Lockhill's booking system or by contacting Lockhill directly.
Payment may be made in cash or by POS at Lockhill's premises, via IRIS, as well as through electronic banking (e-banking), where applicable.
A deposit may be required for certain bookings. The deposit secures the specific date and time for your team.

2. Booking Confirmation
Lockhill may contact you by phone, SMS or email in order to confirm your booking.
If the booking cannot be confirmed by the day before the scheduled booking date, Lockhill reserves the right to cancel it. In this case, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Arrival Time and Delays
All members of the team must arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
In the event of late arrival, the duration of the experience may be reduced accordingly.
If the delay is significant enough to prevent the experience from taking place normally, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Change of Date or Time
If you wish to change the date or time of your booking, you must notify us at least 5 days before the scheduled starting time.
In this case, the booking may be rescheduled once to another available date and time without losing the deposit.
The new date and time are subject to availability.

5. Cancellations and Deposits
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
If the booking is cancelled by Lockhill due to a technical problem, inability to operate the experience, or any other reason attributable to Lockhill, the deposit or any other amount already paid will be refunded in full, unless both parties agree to transfer the booking to a new date or time.
The above provision does not apply in cases of late arrival, no-show, or failure by the customer to confirm the booking, for which the corresponding terms of this document apply.

6. Late Cancellations
A cancellation or request for a change made less than 5 days before the scheduled booking is considered a late cancellation.
In this case:
• the deposit is non-refundable, and
• the booking cannot be transferred to another date or time.

7. No-Show
A no-show occurs when the team fails to attend the booking without prior notice or cancellation.
In the event of a no-show:
• the deposit is non-refundable,
• the booking cannot be transferred to another date or time, and
• full prepayment may be required for any future booking.
Lockhill also reserves the right to refuse future bookings in cases of repeated or abusive no-shows.

8. Health and Safety
Lockhill experiences may include extensive use of theatrical smoke or fog, strobe lights and other intense lighting effects, loud sounds, darkness, narrow passages, confined spaces, and elements of tension or horror.
Certain experiences may not be suitable for pregnant guests or for people with heart conditions, epilepsy, severe claustrophobia, or any other health condition that may be affected by the above conditions.
If you have any concerns regarding your participation, please contact us before making a booking.

9. Minors
Bookings must be made by persons aged 18 or over.
If a person under the age of 18 participates in the group, written consent from a parent or legal guardian may be required, depending on the participation rules of the specific experience.
Any specific age limits or restrictions stated on the page of an individual experience take precedence over these general terms.

10. Conduct and Safety Rules
Participants are required to follow staff instructions and the safety rules of each experience.
Lockhill reserves the right to refuse or terminate the participation of an individual or group in the event of dangerous, aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour, or in the event of a breach of safety instructions.
If participation is refused or terminated for any of the above reasons, the deposit and any other amount already paid for the specific booking will not be refunded.

11. Technical Problems and Inability to Provide the Service
Lockhill experiences rely on technical, electronic and theatrical systems.
In the event of a serious technical failure or other incident that makes it impossible for the experience to take place normally, Lockhill may offer a new date or time.
If rescheduling is not possible or is not mutually agreed upon, and the service cannot be provided due to circumstances attributable to Lockhill, the amount paid for the specific service will be refunded.
